A SURVEYOR AT WALTON GOODLAND GAINS HER CHARTERED STATUS
Carolyn Hardy graduated from the University College of Estate Management in October 2020 having undertaken a part time Real Estate Management Degree whilst working at Walton Goodland.
Upon graduating Carolyn has been able to put her experience into practice gaining her Chartered status through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in December 2021. Carolyn deals with a variety of Commercial Property matters including Property Agency, Landlord and Tenant matters and Property Management.
Managing Director, Deborah Goodland said “We are delighted that Carolyn has gained her Chartered status having worked her way up within the firm. As a company we look to harness local talent and enable our staff to develop their skills and knowledge whilst in the workplace.”
