Walton Goodland have successfully completed the sale of Chertsey House in Carlisle. A prominent detached stone building fronting London Road close to its junction with Eastern Way, the property was previously used as offices for training purposes. It will now undergo a change of use and redevelopment by the new owner who will occupy the building for its own business purposes. The asking price was achieved subject to planning and we are delighted to have helped preserve the continued use and occupation of the property into the future.
