Walton Goodland are an independent provider of commercial property dilapidations advice. We offer impartial guidance to landlords and tenants.
Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
Works to a party wall, building up to or on a line of junction, and excavation work in proximity to your neighbour are regulated by the Party Wall ect Act 1996. The purpose of the Act is to protect the interests of all affected neighbours. We offer experienced advice in this statutory role. We can complete scaffold licenses on behalf of property owners when oversailing neighbouring land cannot be avoided.

Planning, Building Regulations, and Listed Building Consent
We can prepare and submit all statutory applications for construction project, from house extensions to commercial alterations. We are experienced in applications for Listed Building Consent.
Contract Administration
We have a proactive approach to administer contracts between clients and contractors. Together with our experience in building surveying and design and specification services, we offer a full and detailed understanding of the construction process. We produce and administer building contracts; certify payment; monitor projects including quality control; manage stakeholders; certify completion; and release of retention at the end of defects.
Design and Specification
We utilise our knowledge of building pathology and construction techniques to specify appropriate works. We are experienced in both commercial and residential schemes. Our knowledge of the building regulations ensures we are at the forefront of statutory requirements including sustainability and disabled access.
