Specialisms
Matthew qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2021. He subsequently became an incorporated member of the Association for Project Safety in 2024. Matthew has worked with a diverse range of clients, including public sector and government organisations, private landlords and managing agents. He has experience in external and internal repair and redecoration schemes, including conservation of historically listed buildings. Matthew has also taken on a variety of Principal Designer roles and is competent in managing compliance within the Construction (Design Management) Regulations 2015 on behalf of clients.
