COMMERCIAL PROPERTY VIEWING GUIDELINES
- At least 24 hours before a viewing takes place we will request confirmation that you are NOT exhibiting any potential symptoms relating to COVID19 and/or if you have been asked to self-isolate
- Only ONE ‘household’ can view a property at any one time
- Viewing slots will be NO longer than 15 minutes duration
- Anyone waiting MUST strictly observe Government guidelines and maintain 2m social distancing at all times
- Please bring your OWN hand sanitizer and avoid touching surfaces
- Hands MUST be sanitized on entry and exit
- ALL internal viewings will be unaccompanied and where possible doors propped open
- STAY ALERT – protect yourselves and others from coronavirus
